The FASTEST Way to Level in the War Within (70-80 in 2 hours)

There is an insane way to level from 70 to 80 in 2 hours in TWW. It’s abusing dungeon scaling on level 70 characters. What you do is by matching up 70s with 79s you let the 70s carry the 79 level characters. This effectively is boosting the higher level characters that are paying a bigger stat penalty. You can easily go from 70-80 in 2 hours.
