A video about the claims of some that you can level in Cobalt Assembly from 60-70 in 2 hours or less. I found these claims to be not untrue but there are a lot of additional details that were important: you need to be able to work through custom group finder quickly identifying xp/leveling groups, have high damage mitigation and/or an understanding and awareness of npc mechanics, as well as an understanding of xp gain while inside and outside groups as well as tagging.
